Have you been able to run the game before? At all? First off, Intel graphics aren't supported, so you might have some troubles there. Update your drivers if that is the issue and it might fix (at least for Windows). For Linux, I don't know, but I suspect the same issues are present. Whether it's as easy to fix is another story.

You should try starting the normal game. If that doesn't work, go to the technical support forum.
