Personally, i feel it answered every single one of those questions easily, like extremely easily. Some things needed to be inferred at the time and backed up with later views of previous logs and timelines but i assure you all of those were answered in the game, you seem to be only scratching the surface of what they were discussing in the game.

Okay then, i'll admit, i've only played through the game once, but I explored the levels quite thoroughly. You don't have to go into too much detail, but if you're up to it, could you please tell me those answers?
