The biggest issue with custom content for Amnesia right now is the engine itself, I took a paid request a while back to create a monster, everything was modeled, textured and just fine and dandy.

Only then did we discover that the ''added'' FBX support is broken and we can't actually get the model into the game without using specific verisions of maya, however considering I'm not a maya user, that won't really fly. So before you pay anyone to do this for you, make sure your tools are compatible with the engine.
