RE: Gaming funk?

Sometimes you have to force yourself. Saying "I know I'm not really feeling like doing anything right now, but I'm going to click the Play button and I'm going to follow the instructions given to me" and then just see where it leads.

If you get frustrated or bored too easily with the game, then I think it's fine to turn it off again. But it's good to sometimes force yourself into it. Maybe you're body has been in this stage for long enough. It has gotten used to it, so it's hard to get out of it again.

I have days like that as well, and sometimes it helps by just actually putting on some pants, instead of sitting in my pajamas all day.

Try setting a goal for yourself. Make it a challenge.
"Today I'm going to pick a random game and try it out. If I like it, I'll finish it. If I don't like it, I'll put it into another pile, so that I can differentiate between the games I haven't played, and the games I don't like".

Trying is the first step to success.
