Lower the bridge that works then put the lever up, when you do this you have some time before the bridge goes up like 5 seconds.
Just run towards the bridge and jump on it and it will take you all the way up, then just jump on the bridge that is stuck and it will fall down (don't worry about the hight and hurting cause you won't) after that continue to Morgue where you get a new suprise
