HPL3 Editors - Dark skin

Here's my HPL3 version of a dark skinned UI look for the editor suite. Installation instructions within the download.

There are some issues however.

• The color picker displays a darker color than normal. I'm unable to avoid this unless FG tweak some things.
  
• The text in the tree list of assets might be difficult to read, because the font color can't be changed from black, unless FG tweak it of course *hint hint*.
