I have no idea why this happens. Also, grinding your teeth produces the same effect. Ugh, I really feel uncomfortable now I'm shivering lol!
For me? It's squealing brakes on a car/bus/truck. I work in NYC and I'm a field tech. I hear squealing/screeching brakes all freakin day. It drives me up the wall! I feel it right in my spine...ughhh just thinking about it
