New movie that reminds me of Amnesia ... (hence the lamp..lol)

Amnesia wouldn't work as a movie, since the reason it's so effective is that it draws you into the game world. It just wouldn't be the same in a non-interactive medium.

And videogame movies have a history of being abysmal failures.
