Just ran through it. The first thing that stands out is your lighting. You got a lot right, and you got some minor things wrong.
Generally you should have a box light engulfing the level with some very low light setting, just so it's not pitch black, like most of your levels seem to be.

Point lights are your best friend, use them around spotlights, and use them when spotlights aren't suitable (like the last picture)
Otherwise what you have so far is pretty promising. You understand what makes a good encounter, and it's pretty freaky. The only other gripe I have is that you have a lot of locked doors, too many, it's impossible to tell what the keys are for, ever. I'm a fan of how you have the levels
I'm not sure whether I missed some crucial instructions or what since I couldn't read the notes, but after trying the two keys I was left with on a bunch of doors I ended up quitting.
Either way, keep it up, I'm interested in seeing what you do from here on out.
