Trying to play .FLASH File type of file - HELP!

There is this sound file in Amnesia: The Dark Descent I am trying to get. Problem is, I need a .FLASH File extention to get it. I google it and the only thing that appears is .SWF and crap like that. Anyone know where I can find a .FLASH File extention so I can play this sound?

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\amnesia the dark descent\flashbacks
