Those .flash files are nothing more, but an XML-like text files describing which sounds are to be played for a given flashback and what text should be displayed. You can find the actual flashback sounds in <AmnesiaInstallDir>/sounds/flashback_sfx. In your case that will be C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\amnesia the dark descent\sounds\flashback_sfx
