[Bug] Disappearing items

I'll explain myself with an example. I booted up Amnesia and came across a dresser. I opened the dresser and found a broom. I decided to move the broom, and all of a sudden it was jutting through the side of the dresser :/. So I moved it again, and it disappeared.

Same thing happened again, later, in the machine room. I tried to drag a pipe through the heavy metal door, and the pipe got caught in the wall or something and disappeared! Now I can't complete the puzzle!!!! >
