If you're talking where you have to drop a rock into acid, than simply move the rock alittle, and shine the flastlight behind you to make sure the spiders arn't coming after you.

if you're in that part also, you can alternitly (if you have dianomite still) just follow where the spiders go, and they should all bunch up agaisn't a rock. While keeping the flashlight out, throw a dianomite into their little group, and it should kill them all.
