Need offers for good game video capture

Unfortunately it can not do video editing. For that you would probably want the various Adobe products like After Effects etc but I personally use Cyberlink's Power Director 9. It isn't as high end as Adobes options but it is the next best thing and can be used to do a wide range of things like picture in picture, green screens, multiple audio tracks, etc etc. It also has tons of tutorials on youtube if you need them.

For video editing I would recommend using Sony Vegas, I have tried many other programs, but with Vegas it's a lot faster to edit, render and do anything you want with your video, as long as it's not adding tons of bullet effects or something like that
