How do I launch the game?

I have just finished installing it but I can't find any launcher.

In my home directory, I have:

>ls *umbra*
PenumbraDemo-Beta3.sh

PenumbraEp1Demo:
arch.tar

OS: Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon
