Enemies stats

I've read somewhere on this forum that it is possible to modify enemies stats so that a dog may die after one hit from hammer (if its health is reduced to 1). I know how to change values but i don't know where to look for modifable data. Please somone help me.

I know it's like a cheating but i don't want to play another splinter cell (sneaking) or . I want to be scared a bit by my foe but I want also to de able to crush him with hammer or pickaxe...
