Things on my to do list:
1. Pincer claws
2. Screams - I could google up some

Animation-wise:
Someone suggested a bouncy animation. I like that idea. I have figured out some ideas myself:
1. Suggestions of it looking like the character in toy story made me think of this animation:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGVlDfY-8wI at 00:22. Having it turn it head towards you with this screeching grinding noise.

2. Adding a jump-scare animation, making it jump forward. Could be useful for having it jump out through closets, doors etc.

Animations 1&2 are made by creating 2 .ent files. One .ent file which is a monster type and one which is a static object with animations - played through script commands. Then after each animation simply setting the monster object active.

Edit: As for making the rest of the guys, that'll have to wait until my next "boring day" - unless there's a very high demand for that.
