Menu logo not transparent?

Photoshop

1. Click the layer's picture on the left, bottom side. (Ctrl+Left Mousebutton)
2. Go to Channels.
3. Click the little thing at the bottom, under. Create new channel.
4. Take the layer you created and now it should show you black picture with the edges of your picture.
5. Paint the inner part of your picture with white. (Use Paintbucket)
6. Save the file as .tga or .png

Don't use Gimp to do alpha channels. It gives you bad results in my opinion.
