Water (No Plane)

Hey to all,

I want to make a water area (No plane, if it is a water plane you can walk on it and that looks pretty shitty),
you know in a sewer... The Area = Liquid, you should create a area height ca. 4. Then there is the "in-water-step-sound" but the water is missing! In static_objects is no water stuff and planes don't work...

Please, help me!
