paper labels?

I am in need of some sort of numeric ( preferably roman numerals ) navigation system. something along the lines of just a piece of paper with the number on it. I have seen such things in other custom stories and I suspect dark descent, but I can't find one in the HPL editor. Any help or suggestions?
