Playing sound when wheel turns

I have a wheel that is attached to a rope area, and I'd like to know if it's possible to have the sound of a chain rattling play while the wheel is being turned (not reaching a state or being interacted with but actually turned). I'd also like to point out that I want the sound to come from the rope area and not the wheel.
