What was cut?

Okay, since the game is complete (and I completed it myself), I wonder, could we know what parts of the game were cut? I mean, after all, it was supposed to be a 3-part release, which became a 2-parter in the end, which means some areas were cut.

I and many others, would like to know what parts were scrapped entirely, where the 2nd episode would end, where the 3rd one would start off - what the name would be, and such. I hope you guys can deliver us this information - I'm quite curious about it
