While the image quality is higher than your recording - you can see the notable lag while I play. I simply don't have enough CPU power to support a game + a video recording Smile

I'd like to know the full name of your i5 CPU?

Edit: Try recording uncompressed as well. Recording with a codec while playing takes a heavier toll on the CPU, since it's doing compression+recording+gameplay.

Edit2: I believe it was fraps - on a separate sata harddrive.
