Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 1 Week ago Cannot edit resources.cfg

I need to edit resources.cfg so I can begin making a custom story, but it says "You do not own this file so you cannot edit it." Also if I start Amnesia it gives me a black screen then says some init file thing could not be found. Help!
