Poll: Which switch would you recommend for both gaming and typing?

Hey guys,

I'm getting a new mechanical keyboard but I'm torn between the different choices of switches. I already know the keyboard I'm getting but it comes in a choice of MX Red, Brown, Black or Blue.

I've used black on a friends keyboard and I could feel myself getting fatigue when typing so on that basis I was thinking of red switches. But here's my question...What is your favourite switch and which would you recommend?
