[MDL ED] My ******* Blender model. How do I export it?!?

PLEASE, could you do a quick tutorial on YouTube or something. Just with a cube then texture it and export it? This is the first model I've ever made. Plus there's a lack of Blender Amnesia tutorials.

Doing a video would be a bit much effort but I could livestream if you want me too (no voice though my mic is shit)
