Door In Storage

There is a door in storage that has the message "It won't budge" anytime you try to open it. In all of my playthroughs I don't think I've ever gotten through there or on the other side of it. Is it possible? Is there something I'm missing. Know a lot about the game, so surprised I don't know or just plain forgot how to. Maybe I did in my 1st playthrough but forgot since then, pretty sure that isn't the case though.
