Korean patch?

I don't really know where else to ask this. I'm sorry to just hop in to ask a question after not being on here for so long. Someone translated my custom story into Korean and I'm having trouble testing it. They told me to overwrite the main Fonts folder with the one they gave me. I did now the only difference is that the "new game load game" etc. on the main menu looks like basic arial text and custom stories won't show up anymore. The person told me to install "Dark Descent Korean Patch" but I can't find any such patch. Any ideas? Or should I just upload the translation to ModDB and assume people wanting to play it in Korean already have that stuff sorted?
