Can't Load config file problem again...

Hello!
i didn't posted for a while because i knew the most of things Wink already...
and learned from here! so i was making my custom story... i DIDN'T do ANYTHING! but the next day my amnesia DOESN'T open... so i thougt my pc was ..slow or something... the day after that day... i tried again.. it doesn't work... so i tried on AMNESIA not the launcher...and it said can't load config file... Why is this problem coming to me ? i didn't do ANYTHING!
i re-installed the game 3 times... pelase help me Sad
