According to the owner of the Condemned franchise, there's a chance that an indie developer might take the reigns for the 3rd game in the series, if a suitable indie team is found:

Hopefully this means a PC version will happen too (the second game in the series was released only on consoles).

I wonder what a Frictional Games version of Condemned would look like Cool
