Yes, that's where it is. I bet this is going to be one of the most FA FAQs, so here's the relevant section from the Ubuntu Documentation: https://help.ubuntu.com/10.04/hardware/C/jockey.html

The tool exists in Kubuntu as well, is called jockey-kde (surprise!) and can be started from the K-Menu (type it in the text box on top), with Alt+F2 or from System Settings (at least I think it can )

EDIT: Might be a good one to add to the Known Issues. "Open Source drivers don't work with Amnesia (yet). You have to use the proprietary binary-only drivers from NVidia/ATI."

EDIT2: I see it's in the Troubleshooting Guide. Is this prominent enough? I didn't see it, the crosslink in the Known Issues is well hidden
