That"S becuz POM is set to off ...

The file that must be edit is (in my case) in :

USERNAME-DOCUMENTS-AMNESIA-MAIN-main_settings

you have to change parallax quality to 1 instead of the standard 0.

.... after you"ve edit the line , you can enjoy the LAG (unless you have a monter pc).
