Construct Monster's Broken Paramiters

In the Maintenance_Infected and Maintenance_Infected_Long_Falloff's AI settings there are sections that let you set a multiplication of walk speeds and run speeds. While it works for the Construct's walk speed it doesn't change anything for the run speed.

I've tested it on multiple areas and levels and got the same results, so I deem this as a bug.
