Never heard of the term but I have experienced this condition to some extent. It is actually a medical condition. Your brain gets wired in a certain way after years of isolation and living a virtual life that makes it psychologically difficult to have 'normal' life and relationships. In some countries there are rehab centers that treat the 'mentally ill' addicted gamers.
