I'll try to make this simple:

1. What Graphics Card do you have?
2. Could you go to these folders on your computer and upload the hpl.log file for one of the games?

Windows Vista, 7 & 8.x: Documents\Amnesia\Pig\
Windows XP, Vista, 7 & 8.x: Documents\Amnesia\Main\
