Missing dialogue, I'm stuck. [Spoilers!]

Dear Developers,

SOMA is awesome. Unfortunately I'm stuck.

I infested the heart, I should be close to the end. I walked to Phi and entered it. When I reach the next console I place the tool and the woman appears on the screen - and as written in walkthroughs - there should be a dialogue. I see the animation with the injured arm from my alter ego but there's no dialogue. The woman doesn't speak. There's no animation and no sound. Somehow it doesn't trigger the next thing.

I already replayed a few passages and tried different things but I reached this situation 4 times now without success. It's always the same.

I would be glad if you could help me.
