"Invalid Menu Handle" HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello ladies and gentlemen:

So I got a comment on my video, The comment says:

"Hey I got a question.

Everytime I try and download one of your stories I get an error that says "Invalid Menu Handle".

How do I fix it cause I really wanna play these."

HEHE my story, all of you people you have to see the name who created a story LOL .

So I comment him back that:

Invalid Menu Handle, Never ever seen and get and heard of it , Ok, I'll have to help you, I will tell you soon that why you get this ok just wait

SO PLEASE I'LL HAVE TO HELP HIM OUT. That why he is getting error like that???
