Voice problems in Penumbra

Hi everyone, i have headphones with microphone and i want to do a penumbra LP but is a problem: when i record with fraps i hear me good, like others, but when somebody speaks with me in game i hear him but when i play the video the voice is too low... can someone help me with this problem? =\ or i must change the headphone with a simply mic to hear them? ...Huh
