Take a look at the elevator lamp, you need a in this case called cubemap that you can find in the texture folder, and you need to change the settings in the.mat file.
The Type has to be "translucent" -->Type="translucent" and add the cubemap here too under textures...
Just copy the settings from the elevator lamp ^^
