Anybody like to help?

Hey guys.

I'm really interested in game design. I'm a designer, currently i college, however when I go to university I'm going to have to specialise. Wether that will be graphics design, commercial, media, film, game, I haven't got my answer yet.

Game design is looking to be the direction I'm wanting to go at the moment. I can see myself being apart of a game production team in years to come. Though, I can't be sure.

Anyway, I've been learning a bit about game design lately. I've been testing things out and exploring google etc. But I can't get scripting into my head. It seems so out-of-this-world to me. I can't fully grasp what it is? What is the scripting? Is it like the wiring between any options you can do in a game? I don't understand how you link your commands in a notepad file into a game or an entity.

So, I'm looking for someone I can chat to for a little while. It wouldn't be long, maybe half an hour. I just need someone I can talk to and get the knowledge I need to get my head around this. Google can't talk to me, I can't ask them questions.
So if you wouldn't mind having a quick chit-chat with me on Skype tomorrow at anytime in the day GMT time, that'd be great.

If anyone would like to do that for me please send me a friend request on skype.
Skype - Krimbooo

Cheers Smile
