Well yes that's part of that rooms puzzle, but it's not connected to the pipe puzzle. Check out the room directly across from the one with the hanging weights, notice how they're stuck in place like that? P.S. The reason I'm being so vague is because you said you didn't want any of it spoiled Tongue
