This is wrong:

AddEntityCollideCallback("ScareTwoMonster", "ScareTwoMonsterDisappear", "ScareTwoMonsterVanish", true, 1);

This is true:
AddEntityCollideCallback("Player", "ScareTwoMonsterDisappear", "ScareTwoMonsterVanish", true, 1);
