Can I buy the windows version and download both windows and linux version?

Because then I don't have to wait for the linux-version and as it will probably run with wine it doesn't matter.
But it matters when it comes to a "supported configuration". So I'd like to download the linux-version as soon as it is ready.

Am I going to pay twice?
