Well the problem seems that it won't be removed from these forums due to piracy since Traggey gave me permission, it now seems more likely that if I were to release this, I might get sued by Blizzard, unless I speak to them... god I hate the legal system. They butchered (no pun intended) the diablo franchise, they have no right to target a non-profit fan tribute on an entirely different engine.

As long as you don't make money off of it, and it isn't keeping THEM from making money, I see no reason for them to sue you.
