What do you do when you're pissed off?

My goal, you see, is not to troll.
When I get angry, I don't go in the pantry.
When I get mad, I don't act sad.

What do I do when I feel this way? I think about the good times from my day.

Anyways, I just think about all the good things that have happened, and it usually makes me feel better about the things that made me mad.
