Then i'd say you would be getting ripped off by it. Here in the US you can find a 7950 for ~$370 (e.g. this one). If one euro is $1.26, then 300 euro would be $379, which would make the price of the card within the budget. I don't know the exact exchange rate between the dollar and the euro, but the euro should be worth more than the dollar.
