Remember that he isn't going to make a great effort out of it since he's just a beginner, and there's no way he will get it to Amnesia because he doesen't know how. Few people do.

It is good practice though

But he isn't doing anything other than putting basic shapes together. If you want to build a model you have to combine the polygons together correctly.
