I'm stuck:

I'm in the first level, and I've opened all the doors except the one with cellarbase. I only have laudanums, sanity potions and oil, what do I have to do? I can't get out :$ I've already opened the shelf, and there is where I'm stuck.

Behind the shelf there's a table. On the table there's a letter addressed to Nathan written by himself. Read it to have a little clue on what to do next
