The Most Underrated or Overrated Games/Movies Thread

I feel like the early Max Payne games were and are underrated, so is the Alan Wake franchise.
And then there's a game called "Penumbra", which despite its awesomeness, is rarely known by people I know, although they call themselves gamers.

In the other hand, Assasin's Creed franchise is no doubt overrated. It doesn't only show in the amount of fans, but also how many games there've been and will be developed. Not to mention COD and now it seems it's happening to Battlefield aswell, all thanks to EA.
