I love it how everybody is annoyed by skashi when he's stealing models but you used his models without crediting him lol

even the clown from killing floor is in the download, piracy everywhere and the most users always point to the same people, you notice something?

That's mainly cause people have come to expect it from certain people as it's happened with them multiple times in the past, so people expect that they'd have pirated content and because of that check to see if it did. In cases like this I don't think this guy has had any problems with pirated content in the past so most people aren't going to take the time to check. With that said though I will say a lot of people are unfair when it comes to reporting that sort of stuff depending on the user.
